When I browse my IPSW, it does recognize it, but the arrow from right-down corner stays grey. It doesnt turn to blue so I can continue! What can I do? What's the problem?

there is a tutuorial out but dont do it unless u have iphone 2g cuase i did it and it worked but 2.2 jailbreak for 3g will lock ur phone

ok? for some reason afta a few days avg piks it up as a trojen and if u ignor it the .exe file stops workin even if u extract it again?i aint tryin to turn any 1 off usin this method it worked magic on my iphone im jw why it wa doin this:S

It comes up in a .zip file and when I extract it it pretty much goes bleh, how do you get it so that it will recognize the ipsw (which I can't get out of the download anywhere) in quickkpwn

the quickpwn i downloaded is diffrent then the one your showing in the beggining i have to pick what device im using , iphone, ipod touch , iphone 3g an it says browse but it doesnt do it automatically an i cant find it anywhere ?

Okey, i jailbroke it but the day after the screen went blank and i had to delete everything! I was like 6 hours away from my house :P no music on my way home :(

But it was cool when it worked though, maybe i'll do it again sometime :P

yes they will. but syncronize the apps as well before you jailbreak it. then you can sync them bak.

hey rogers which firmare did u use for this because i have a 3g and its in a normal state with the firmare 2.1

did u use the firmare 2.1 or firmare 2.0.1

Where do i get the correct firmware file. I looked everywhere. When I get to the part where to browse after I put the 2.1 firmware in the swirly thing beside starts to move for about 5 secs then it just stops moving. What am I doing wrong. Please someone help me

Just found out that my iphone has been barred for some strange reason so i no a mate who can unbar it. if i unbar it then jailbreak it will it mess up and barr again?? what do u think i should do first unbarr or jailbreak?? please help..
