I use to have this dvd and thought all the forms were very good and the teacher has a great way of explaining the theories. Not a criticism, but I find it strange that everyones forms are so different... From Hong Kong to Mainland wing chun, bak mei, southern mantis etc. I like them both and shows that no one person is really the only true style.
hey there, there is a bak mei form i havent seen in a long time... something called "day sart..." aka ground killing form or something like that... hope u can post it... oh by the way i notice the walking stick in the bak ground do you guys have a walking stick form??
