According to international law these soldiers are war criminals. It is illegal to invade a country that has not declared war on you. It is also illegal to invade a country based upon a preemtive strike. Furthemore according to the Nuremberg trials soldiers can not longer use the excuse: "I was just following orders. If we want peace in the world soldiers must first learn the law and be wiling to say "NO" when their comanding officers tell them to do immoral acts.

@BIGSHANE234 Actually before 9/11 America had helped Saddam stay in power as he killed his own people. Ameria also funded his invasion of Iran that killed 1 million people for oil. Then America led sanctions and bombings on Iraq that killed another 1.5 million people (mostly children) due to disease, starvation and bombings. And that was only a small amount of things the US did before 9/11. So anyone can easily understand why America was attacked. You can't compare millions to 3000.

Many Muslim leaders did stay silent, but they simply were puppets following your same policies. Iran was the only country that had the potential to overthrow Sadaam, and America funded Saddams invasion of Iran in order to keep the Iranians from possibly overthrowing Saddam, remember. Also last time I cheacked the Iraqis didn't want this war.

When the Ethiopians invaded and overthrew the original Somali government was it not American money who funded the invasion and overthrow? Now the orignal government is trying to come back to power in a civil war, that the US helped start. The terrorist Pakistani government whos leaders are Americas friends? The rebels are trying to overthrow the government yet the US keeps trying to kill th rebels.

@SirJoseyWales As far as Iran goes, I thought America overthrew Irans democracy in 1953 and installed a the Shah (a dictator). Then when the Iranians rebelled America sanctioned them and funded Saddams invasion.
