It seems to me that bullying that leads the victim to commit suicide mostly happens in school that the majority of students are Caucasian. I went to all public schools near gang neighborhoods and yea, there's bullying but just occasionally by those who are asshole but never really a constant target. Either way, bullying should really stop in all places and parents should let their children know about how to deal with bullying or never to bully someone else.

I'm a red head, and I get bullied almost everyday because of if. Only verbally though. It really pisses me off, random people I don't even know will call me a ginger, and laugh or something.
