I 100% agree and I am a newbie to cake decorating....that was HORRIBLE> I'm not one for leaving negative comments but seriously. No one should use this as a guide. Even the stars and rosettes weren't done properly.

i am surprised how you did the basketweave. i believe you could have done a better job with this technique. Many of us "cakers" come here for tips on how to do a great job. I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed in this one. Hope to see better videos in the future.

omg, could they not find anyone who could do this stuff properly?! and the basket weave technique is so wrong! please everyone, don't do it like that, there are other videos on youtube that show it much better, just look around

That was a HORRIBLE video. The icing is WAY too thin to do anything decent with besides simply icing or doing a border. The basket weaving looked bad and wasn't even done the best way. And you didn't say which direction to hold the cresent tip, plus I've never made flowers that way. Very poor quality stuff here. :(
