  • The traffic cones I have seen are not that rigid. They are made of flexible plastic to survive being run over. Good luck getting glue to stick to the plastic cone, inlet pipe and bucket lid, especially "Long Term". The entire assembly must be and must remain 100% air tight or it just won't work correctly.
