Alright nukkas, saigon was a nobody and turtle represented him after he heard his mixtape in their car that saigon stole. Then when Vince put saigons song on the radio saigon blew up and a contract that Saigon signed with some random agent literally 10 years prior re appeared and so Saigon was forced to ditch turtle for this new agent.
