Star Trek is so romantic... I suspect that some people think Shatner can't act because they don't understand the relationship between Kirk and Spock properly. The guy's emotion is so real and believable if you understand that Kirk and Spock are not just friends!

It is from Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. It is late in the movie where Kirk explains to Spock how he wants to solve... well, everything. There is no sound to this scene though as I recall; we don't hear what Kirk whispers to Spock.

Yes. It's kinda obvious. I mean, Vulcans kiss with their hands, which are also erogenous zones. It's...strange how they always manage to grab hands with each other, if they were *just* friends. I mean, yes Spock cares for Jim and all, but as a Vulcan he would not have insinuated so much contact with his and Jim's hands had they not been...really t'hy'la, and not *just* friends. Great video. And no matter where nuTrek takes us, long live Spock/Kirk. We know they belong together. Period. :)

Um. I haven't seen any episodes from TOS, but it is quite obvious that Kirk and Spock were madly in love. I mean, jeez! I'm a big slasher, but I wouldn't need to be to see how much they love each other. And it's nto just friendship! I mean, with moments like 1:52, 2:18, 2:28, 3:01, and 3:33, there can be no doubt!
