@wherenwhen I don't mean unlimited speed - I mean unlimited incoming bandwith. For example - some ISP's allot their customers 25GB per month that you're allowed to download. For me - I can download as much or stream as much content as I please without worrying about being charged extra or receiving slower internet service.

How do you suggest getting linux back on a ps3?

@DJCritterH Too much explaining for one YouTube comment. Long story short - you need to downgrade your firmware OR custompatch your PS3's firmware. Once done, you need to mod your PS3 so custom apps like ps3ftp can be ran onto your PS3.

I heard of another way which required a PS3 slim and a PS3 fat, which included swapping hard drives whilst overgoing some steps.

@rerundadog CyberPowerPC ran me about $1500 with tax... the monitors $200 a piece, the external hard drive $150, RAM upgrade + other hardware upgrade $100, Dazzle $70, PS3 $299... other services and requirements added in I'm going to say 3 large.

CyberPowerPC offers a BillMeLater feature where you can pay per month or by terms... that's probably the only reason I've been able to afford it. A birthday's and christmas' worth of savings + work + help from the folks.
