Some people sing better than others, but for the most part, some people are born with a singing voice, others just cannot sing no matter what. But if you practise and maybe try to get help I think it's possible to sing like vortex.

By smoking weed my voice has get better and better!!! Now i have smoked 20 years and recorded 6-9 albums in 4 several bands... And we start new recordings on january!!! But my voice aint nothing to compare of Vortex!!! Im good,but he is brilliant!!!

@Whackooyzero Smoking, in small measures, actually clears up the throat and you can sing higher notes. I tested the theory and I was shocked to find it out.

@GreenBaphomet Wow really? Didn't know that. I'm a smoker though, and sometimes you're chest gets pretty congested from it secreting mucus, and sometimes it's so much, that you can't help but cough, imagine Vortex doing that on stage, it might be why his parts aren't all that long actually. But who knows, just as long as he continues his career for at least another 10 years I'll be happy, and I REALLY want Shagrath to at least bring him back to do another album together, he's really good.

I gotta say, Vortex is just an amazing singer. His voice sounds so mournful and powerful. It's just wrong how they dress up his voice in the studio version.
