@xxanniexx16 , Obe is now 6 pounds lighter at a svelt 20.5 pounds and 11years old so he comes up with his own versions of the tricks unless I am at it every day... and yes, he does not have a stop button when eating!
Aren't they all just adorable...??? What a face and such calm disposition. Although I have seen some crazy pugs with tightly wound owners... I wonder if they chose each other or just changed. chicken...egg ?
Obe has lost weight and acts like a puppy now. He is big like his father and we keep him active to stay in shape (unlike his brothers). Did you see all the tricks he does?
Obe was encouraged to clear his throat kinda, backwards, "no barking". He got the treat (a tiny piece)when he himself coughs, not when he growled or barked, until he understood. I always said "Good cough" when I gave the treat. Same applied to all tricks (even a little bit of the trick) until he learns the whole trick . Good luck

aaww that's brill for a 10 year old. i had a british bulldog that lived til 9 years old and he was a right little podgy piggy!!
