Helping the poor is actually very easy. Getting cheating bastard out is farking hard. Poor farmers? Well, why don't they stop using middle man to get money since they know they gonna get ripped off anyway. Instead of finding a way to directly trade these food resources to America or Middle East or something, they sat back and got bribed in this. It just screwed up really.
