zombiee is right, but I think that last scene is filmed in Delaware. I've seen that section of beach before. It's on the Delaware Bay a little bit north of Lewes.
I live in Delaware and don't recognize one scene. I certainly don't know of any place in DE that has a windmill the size of the one I see in this film.
