@tfg200808 I found that it was conducted by V.Fedotov. Music: Anton Arensky. Chor.: Mikhail Fokine. Dancers: Altynal Asylmuratova, Faroukh Ruzimatov, Alla Dmitrieva, and Margarita Kullik.
@tfg200808 - this ballet was supposed to have been staged by Lev Ivanov in 1901, but was later staged by Fokine. This is obviously a modern version. There's a recording of the complete score.
Ruzimatov always has such a commanding presence. I always enjoy his dancing and athleticism. Thank you for posting...I have never seen this piece before.
Company: The Kirov Ballet.
Choreography: Mikhail Fokine: Egyptian Night (1908) {complete]; Mikhail Fokine: Carnival (1910) [complete]; Sergey Vikulov: Romeo and Juliet (1983) [complete].
Principal dancers: Cleopatra: Altynai Aslymuratova (Egyptian Night); Amun, Hunter: Faroukh Ruzimatov (Egyptian Night); Colombina: Irina Schapchits (Carnival); Juliet: Tatiana Pavliva; (Romeo and Juliet); Romeo: Alexander Nadtochy (Romeo and Juliet).
