If you make these, make sure you fill empty spots with water to even out the baking on all cup cakes. Thats what my mom taught me when i made my first batch of cupcakes years ago.

@kellypaidforit Yes you can, I only prefer to use white because vanilla tends to be a bit more on the yellow side & distorts the color of the rainbow.
