Yeah, great turn around by the interviewer. Thought he was gonna be another "dude!" moron, which Rivers seems to despise. But he really came back strong going on about the comics, which was smart thinking, or a happy accident.

He became more open at the end of the interview. Rivers was a regular guy that risked it all by moving to L.A and became famous. He didn't grow up with all of this attention

it was like rivers didnt give a shit about the whole interview. when the interviewer actually asked him if he read comics, rivers then started to engage and then made eye contact with him. so cool rivers

@kathleeen1982 I received an email from the band about a month ago. Andrew I feel your pain. Ive wanted to return there since we last left! Now, there is definitely no hating on Australia from Rivers or anyone, but apparently its been really tricky to work out a deal at the professional level, between whoever puts on shows in Australia and the bands management and agents. When a deal is worked out, the band will finally be on their way... I look forward to that day....

Lol River Coumo treats the interviewer like he is not a person, until he starts to talk about comics. Then he starts to look in his eyes and smile :) RC seems like an asshole, but kind of witty and a no matter what he is a musical legend!
