love your vids<3 but what you go through and how you deal with it is what shapes you. so you cant say that you aren't whats happened to you because whats happened to you moulds who you are as a person. so no it does not define you, but it is a part of you regardless of far in the past it is.

It's hard to say "it's in the past and done" when you are scarred because of something that happened. But it can be positive, too; events that happen in the past build character for who you are now and who you will be in the future.
