Jack and The Doctor WILL meet again. its confirmed. At the endof Dr Who Series 2 and Torchwood Series 2. Torchwood 2 will end with the Tardis appearing during (SPOILER!) a Cyberman/Dalek invasion. Dr Who will end with the doc stepping from the TARDIS, looking at the battle and noticing Jack. He says "Jack?!?" and the episode ends. Cinda like when he said @What?!?' after Doomsday. (SPOILERS END HERE)
