Hey man, I've been skateboarding for almost 5 years now, and I've never sacked on a rail and I've never broken anything. The worst I had was a grade 3 sprain on my right ankle. These people are getting hurt becuase they're pushing their limits, but if you know your limits, you won't get hurt near as bad or as much.
