  • Can't praise your charming short film enough, wonderful, literally!

  • thank u for showing nice thing about my country, the video is so cute and your daughter is so sweet.

  • What was the name of the mosque you mentioned at the end? It looked awesome and I am sure view of the town from there would be really cool. Is that a practicising mosque?

  • @techants

In fact it is not a mosque and never has been. it was a statement of domination by the Spanish when they ruled

Northern Morocco. They hoped that the local people would treck up the hill to worship and not wake the the colonialists with the call to prayer, Some hope!

  • @techants how many days you stayed in Chaouen? I have about a day and half? do you think that's enough to have a quick trip for pictures..I have so short time..any specific route you suggest

  • I love it

  • best City Ever

il faut visiter Akchor la grande Cascade

  • You cant eat Morccan food with a spoon or a fork! looool are you cultured or not?

  • Just want to let you know, there's no such thing as a cactus rug. It's the latest tourist trap in morocco. They pass the rugs off as 'cactus silk' or something, but it's totally just rayon, a semi-artificial fiber that looks like silk.

  • i love CHefchaouen , im from Fez

  • chefchaouen is the best

  • Salam, I Like Your Video, Welcome To Chefchaouen

  • My parents were born in chefchaouen and we have a lot of family over there. Now we live in the Netherlands but we visit it nearly every year. Still its always a pleasure going there and it has a special place in our hearts.

I'm glad you've enjoyed your stay as well and thanks for the great video!

  • really nice coverage of Chefchaouen John and Cara. I like your use of soundloops and how you tie them in with your editing, very effective

  • im morrocan you welcom in my cuntry hhhé you have beatufél women loooool

  • first congratulations on the birth of you new daughter.

second, how come you do not have your own cable show.

    you really should audition for

    " voice " films.

third, what a great way to spend time with the family.

when i tripped in Egypt ( 1989 ) they too were friendly.

    most thought i was German.

ten stars for this video, and a million stars for the love and time you give your family.

Where are you guys going next?

  • We have another baby girl, born last month. So we will travel locally in the Virginia and West Virginia area. We will have to wait awhile before another big trip. Thanks for the nice comments. - John

  • Another awesome video! I dig your style! I also dig Morocco - it's moving up my list, thanks to you!

  • Beautiful Town !

  • Thank you guys, another great vid. As a fellow traveler with a young daughter, all three of you are such an inspiration.

  • I love Morocco, I was there for 3 1/2 months and I hope to move back. It is the most beautiful place with the friendliest people! I am a lil bit biased, m husband if from there! Love your videos, keep them coming.

  • Okai, im jealus :) wish i had the time to travel to morocco <3 more vids. kthnx <3

  • You have to make time to see the world. That's how you get to experience different cultures and food. For me, I don't have the money. Someday, I will travel around the globe and make videos about my experiences too.

  • on every clip yall have, i see a cat. Do cats make the majority there or something?

  • You are very observant and obsoletely correct. There must be one or two cats per person in the town. I was going to do a piece on the cats of Chefchaouen, but a lot of the video I took was lost on a bad scan disc. Incidentally, I never saw a single dog. Thank you for commenting. - John

  • I want to go there.
