hello squidfanny, could you give me some ideas on what might make a good bend for a first timer who has no experience with electronics or at least a website with good instructions? my aim is to bend a a few drum machines to keep (i love the diabolical 707, and most 505s 626's and everything you have done!)
@TheFesta01 Yea, 'circuitbenders.co.uk' & 'Burnkit2600' have lots of info and tutorials. With regards to a good drum machine, I'll always reccomend the Kawai r-50e / r-100. They're both great machines with excellent electronic kits, and pretty easy to 'bend with fantastic results. Personally I'd avoid the HR-16 as a first project, as they need lots of fiddly work just to restore them to working order.
Incredible! I'd love a few hours on that thing...you could make a whole album. Congrats man, looking forward to hearing it as it progresses even further.
that thing is incredible , just incredible ... this is a masterpiece ... so much love and work spent into it , you can hear it! This sets the whole thing to a new Level! OMG
@BaumDerProllige Thanks man. Yep it's been a big project.. Lots of late nights looking at waveforms on a computer screen and listening to the constant buzz of an EPROM eraser...
The Sequencer mod was a bit tricky too, but I'm pleased with the final result. It sounds fantastic with a bassline.
Things got balls - wicked acid techno jam track
