You could make the shittiest games look good with a bunch of concept art, an Epic soundtrack. They need to release some solid gameplay video's before they get my vote of confidence. So far, looks like fail.

Actually, you need to play the game first, videos are irrelevant. And soundtracks are too; they seemed to focus on ambiance from what I've seen. Usually an in game soundtracks are muted and monotonous. And they already have some solid game play videos out there (unedited versions), and it seemed pretty solid, or at least the closest thing to an oblivion style mmo. But that doesn't mean I'm going to like it when I play it. So speculating fail or success is a pass time, but still irrelevant.

True, but you can learn a lot more about an MMO from actual in-game footage (Fraps anyone?), rather than this Concept Art/Soundtrack. People are actually determining this game is awesome by watching this video. Which is why I said that in my previous comment.

hi, ive been watching the videos on youtube and reading the comments,i had the same question, one guy told me very soon,on another post i saw a guy mentioning in middle of november, but most references talk about until 1.jan.2009, other posts and web sites mention a realease soon after the beta period is over, since beta is now registering and will last two weaks more or less then this means we are getting close.USA sales will delay but players can buy the game online from europe i guess.

Now Eq2 is shit now that i know about this game.
