hey wtf, last time i had a connection lost (using singtel line) for 2 whole hours and i was getting mad as i was chatting with someone important, i thought i was about to call up and get some facts straight but i told myself i have been with singtel with so long, i'll give them a chance, but it still ain't that bad compared to shitty lines from malaysia
ive worked at singtel b4..and yes, sadly the customers when they complain will always mention that they have been a loyal customer for so n so years and get no benefits in return..tis vid so hilarious, reminding me of the days of 1626 hotline..manic!
