Hi :) Sorry about that - you adopt a few yoga postures in the demo, so I just assumed you practiced yoga! Are you a gymnast or just very flexible? A shoulderstand (known as "Sarvangasana" in yoga) is what you're doing at 0:32 and in your channel pic. Hope that helps! I've recently been working on bringing more yoga into my hooping, so it was very interesting to see the way you used your flexibility in the video. Keep up the good work!
