on a flight to hawaii, i had like the exact same seat you did at 2:14 . well obviously it wasnt the same plane, and there wasnt that leg room like that, but it was a seat between the wing and the engine, and acually, we did have leg room now that i think of it, cuz we were the very front row in that section!! it was pretty cool! and that was my first plane flight too!!!!!! the takeoff is my favorite part and if there isnt any clouds below you and you can see the land or ocean!!

You need to let the griddle/pan heat up a bit longer; then the first pancake will turn out better. Problem is that most people are in a hurry to eat so they throw the batter on too soon. Just a little breakfast tip.
