selena, you don't download ulead, you buy it from a store. It's a computer program. Like to buy some bread you go to the grocery store well for this you go to a "computer store".

i was able to find a way to do it, compare your way with mine: you use the cut clip feature and just cut out the scene you want and then add the effect

hey-for some reason youtube is having issues with my uploading of my ulead vid. I saved it in mpeg format, it should be ok but for some reason it's not uploading-just keeps cycling-did you have this problem? If so how do I fix it? I'm a bit pissy since it's a good vid and I wanna post it-first time using ulead

Hmmm.

It might be because .mpeg is pretty big file.

Try rendering as .wmv and see how it works out.

hahaha I had just figured it out before seeing the reply XD I found the save as wmv as well as went to custom and save under a proper larger kbps to fix pixelations since regular given one made it a bit fuzzy-but thank you much for responding to my question and trying to help *hugz* (:
