@comanderkuddles heating it streralizes it and the powder dissolves easier. The only thing that you dont need to heat at all is crystal meth. That stuff you can literally put the shards into the syringe, draw up some eye drop, and shake it in the syringe. Street level coke and heroin is so cut up with impurities you need to heat to dissolve it properly and to make sure its sterile.
