leaving school in the mid to late 90s, i was unaware that the age for criminal responsibility was so low, after you leave school you will never hear about the law again, its changes etc. that is if your working class, the papers don't count.
I find it amazing that a child could be considered a criminal, but have to wait until 16 for sex, and what is it now 18 for cigarettes and drink ?
