Likitong a normal types with very high special defense status and a lot of HP depend on how high a level there at. The best types of moves to use on a pokemon or liketong is non status moves. You be suprise how much damaged a pokemon who has amuch fat on him like snorolax takes from something like a mega kick, or Mega punch.
