Back in the day (65 - 85) it was not just about mass, but symetry. Arnold put together the best physique in the history of the world. Ronnie was twice as massive, but very unnatractive. The last shot with both of them hitting a front-double-biceps pose says it all. Arnold looks perfectly proportioned and Ronnie looks like a circus freak. Different eras I suppose. If Ronnie competed in 75 he would have looked too odd to the judges to win and Arnold would not be considered massive enough now
