The Uke in the middle is that a standard size soprono Uke? I heard they are the smallest and then the tenor, then the baritone is larger is that correct?

The ukulele in the middle is a 1920's LeDomino with a 14 inch scale; a little longer than a standard soprano which is usually 13.5 inches, measured from nut to saddle. Concert ukes are usually around 15, tenors 17 inch and baritones 20.

Therefore, that Le Domino is in-between a standard soprano and concert ukulele.

That was great! My granddad would have been really impressed. He designed and manufactured the LeDomino line in the 20's. I've never heard one played so well.
