I admit that responding to YT comments is generally a waste of time but you might want to read the reply 2 replies above you. The first 2 Guitar Hero games were made by Harmonix who then sold the franchise and went on to create Rock Band.

They didn't "steal" anything, they created Guitar Hero and moved on to create Rock Band. GH:WT is, if anything stealing from Rock Band's concept.
