  • Remember that BisuFace :)

Think it was wile finals betweem julyzerg and some good protoss...

  • Man, calm looks like Kermit the frog xD

  • whoa did jaedong just get out mutas in the first minute of the game?

  • Comment removed

  • old 8 bit grafics still look better than starcraft 2 grafics...

  • @xantares13 no, that's the percentage chance og winning 3 games in a row, redo highschool ploox, kthxbai ^^

  • WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE SONG? I MUST KNOW

  • @hotamali it sounds like Ronnie James Dio....so maybe Black Sabbath or Dio or Elf :S

  • awe the invincible jaedong lost hahaaaa, calm is pretty solid man does he ever upset starfans

  • btw, p.s., gotta love the way they put loser's pic in a box with WINNER underneath...

  • Generally you can tell by their facial expressions :)

  • lolz obviously the Russian mob is holding bets on who wins and therefore they paid off Jaedong to play 'tired.' Let him take one game, just to make it seem legit.

  • @aaronhedberg We didn't have anything to do with it.

  • lol at Bisu, maybe he mind controlled calm hence the look on his face

Jaedongs winrate was 80% so that means the other persons chance is 20%, to win 3 games is .2 x .2 x .2 is .008

, thats a 0.8 percent chance of winning, so yeah

  • u know its not valid

it gives general validation of the guy's strengths

jaedong is like 63% in zvp and 68 in zvt

but his zvp is much better than his zvt since in his early career he no zvp skills

people who are slumping cant be predicted

and lets not talk about the mind games in best out of 3 or 5

if u loose game 1 and 2 do u really think unless u'r a tough sob u'll be able to win the 3rd 4th and 5th most people just lose the 5th

and so on and on for reasons not to trust %

  • That's math for y.a

  • The 80/20 can only be used if they would only fight each other, but since they fight other players too Calm could easily have 50% win ratio (I think most pros have >50%)

  • Actually it's much more complicated than that. You didn't even take into account Calm's win rate. What if it was 85%? or 2%?

  • If anything, his chance is probably the ratio of his win rate to Jaedong's (don't know what it is) but let's say his is 50% and Jaedong's is 80%. Then it would be 5/8 (5 out of 13) so around 38%.

  • Damn I love this music

  • SONG PLZZ!!!

  • song?

  • lol moletrap i love him too but oversky? no way he could take down the dong. although thatd be awesome if he ever does

  • subliminal Bisu, LoL XD

  • That's awesome...I think no one expected Calm to micro as well as he did (i.e. well enough to win if he played his cards right).

  • can't believe jaedong lost. he seemed incredibly tired I guess but still.

  • LOL

  • Can't forget getting owned by Luxury!

  • lolz thats hillarious

  • moletrap, plz make a comentary video on hyuk vs jaedong?? please u gotta do it =)

  • What game is the bisu face from? I remember seeing it and now I just completely forget.

  • Batoo OSL Best v Julyzerg on Colleseum. five pool madness

  • It wasn't the 5 pool game though. It was the drone drill in the second game and that's why Bisu was so surprised.

  • It was the Ever OSL...

  • he broke through this season with strategy alone, in all matchups that is not just ZvZ. yes I was still surprised that Calm beat Jaedong, both because I didnt think strategy could play such a big role in a ZvZ and of course the Jaedong factor, but Calm proved me wrong... yet still, if it was Effort, Oversky, etc there instead of Calm than I'm pretty sure Jaedong woulda eaten them alive...

  • wow, first time I hear those predictions of yours, and I have to disagree(even before knowing the results). let me make myself clear: you said "if it was Effort, Oversky, etc than they might have had a chance, but not Calm" here I say the exact opposite, and here is why: Effort, Oversky, etc rely on their mechanics and studying their opponement(really easy to study Jaedong cause well, he's the best and rather predictable). Calm on the other hand has rather bad mechanics but superb strategy!

  • "Game 4 (4:58):

    Calm - red

    Jaedong - purple"

    ??

  • it was originally that, but then commentators set jd as ally and enabled allied colors

  • roflmao way to go

  • best ZvZ ever.. I only get slightly bored through those 9 minutes of it.. and I even "saw" all the games :D

  • Haha, I remember watching those on Jon747. I saw the first game. Then I saw part of the 2nd game, but not the end.

When Calm won the 3rd game, I was thinking "Well, JD must have won the 2nd." And when Calm took the 4th game, I was totally shocked. I thought that Jaedong's ZvZ was unbeatable and that there were 4 videos meant he lost a single game. Really, he only won one out of four. :'(

  • rofl bisu face was epic :D

  • :O bisuface

What was that jazzy tune during the whole thing?

  • 8:24 is awesome!!!:DDDD It even looks like Tylers Durdens work, from a movie Fight Club!:DDD

  • Lol @ 8:24

  • LMAO bisu

  • jaedong* sry^^

  • jeadong is the best zvz player. ever.

  • Funny video, but you're too hard on yourself, moletrap. Everyone -- at least who follows SC -- knew JD was a prohibitive favorite. Even the greats lose sometimes, though.

I think it's "too many games" syndrome hitting him. Like Flash a year or two ago.

  • haha i forgot about the bisu shocked moment...what game was that from?

  • july best osl, when july did the drone drill on set 2

  • july - best @ ever osl 08 game2 drone drill

  • Thanks for a great highlight reel! Saves having to watch 4 ZvZ games. Hey what was music piece you were using?

  • Haha moletrap, you're awesome =P

  • LOL, why was Bisu's face there? That was a big surprise and roflcopter moment for me xD

  • Oversky was one of the few Zergs with a decent record against JD.

  • Title of this vid spoiled it =(

I've always been afraid of ZvZ because even with a super high win %, it's still very unpredictable. Every game is like a bunker rush. Especially when JD 12-hatches.

  • how does it spoil it, it says that he got owned by jeadong and calm that doesnt mean anything really

  • How does a commentator get owned other than their expectations be destroyed? And JD was the obvious favorite.

  • NOooo Jaedongngngng

    what's ahppeneing?!?!?!?!

    this may be the fall...

  • stfu he won osl

  • surprised bisu is surprised

  • this is the fall i know it.....

  • rofl i remember in one of your commentaries saying how jaedong won.. i was like wtf. i watched that set...

  • 8:48 sums it up right there.

  • jaedong no

  • can you tell me who the piano player is?

  • That was Bisu in the zomg pic rite?

  • Yeah It's from last summer's OSL finals of July vs Best just when July drone-drills Best's zealots and opens his ramp. It even birthed the expression "Bisu-face".

  • Well, I am happy that you are able to poke fun of yourself. :P However, I do agree that this was unexpected by a lot of people, so you should not feel too bad about it.

  • it's videos like this that make you irresistable

    have my babies moletrap

  • wow shocking....jaedong still best zerg in the world..

  • Well, you can never stay at the top for TOO long...

  • nice soundtrack! who's on the keys?

  • Hahaha, that music was great

  • i don't know how a guy who never lost more than 4 games in a row can be on a slump

  • lol 8:24

  • So ?

You thought Jaedong would play like he always does.

Well he didnt he absolutley failed theres no way you can predict when someone like JD has a Bad day.

  • or when calm has a very good day

  • y that probably also played into it but normaly Jaedong should be able to adapt and come up with a better strategy ;)

  • i predicted calm over jaedong

  • basically i think that other zergs have caught up somewhat with JD. 12 hatch was ok a few months ago when his quality gap was larger but nowdays it is tighter than it used to be. Tiredness is also a factor but in my opinion not the main one.

  • lol @ the Bisu face cuz into the vid

  • even calm cant believe it

  • Zvz is the worst match-up of all the combinations. But this was the best I´ve ever seen. You should make more vids on your own channel Moletrap.

  • 8:24 !!

  • How about he stops 12 hatching every game.

  • hah...i swear July vs Best was the most awesome OSL final if for no other reason than purely for bisuface :)

    lol PWNT

  • Bisuface. XD

    Also, spoilers below.

He lost to Hyuk in the proleague and Effort at GomTV. I dunno what's happening here.

  • In what VOD does Bisu do the funny face?

  • it was some finals. best vs july and bisu was in the audience. map was troy. try searching.

  • one of the OSL final sets between July vs Best... I think it was 3rd or 4th

  • Set 2, I'm pretty sure of that at least. There wasn't a 4th set ;)

  • EVER OSL 2008 FInals - July v. Best Set 2 on Troy

  • What vid is it Bisu makes the funny face in?

  • ew, how can u say that? he was over worked by all his leagues, but he is in no way a slump

have you check the osl lately? he ripped through zero and fantasy with little problems

and when he faced effort again in a later match up, he completely outclassed effort

  • no, it was 1 1 then two rushes

  • yeah the 4 pool was a rush, but Fantasy did hold it off, he lost due to the aftershock of Jaedong's 4 pool, not the 4 pool itself... and please, 9 pool+speed, that's a *standard* build! Fantasy built a crappy wall, especially when he saw his position at the top(and knew his units will come out outside the wall) he just expected Jaedong to go for his trademark Mutas instead of early but standard lings...

  • you know, i had a nagging feeling this would happen when we were recording that show. this is quite hilarious. :)

    - Matt

  • This was really depresing to watch :(

  • I cried too moletrap....i cried too

  • lol @ bisu face

  • haha moletrap you must have been really shocked to have made this video...

honestly i think jaedong just didn't prepare, i mean, OSL & Golden Mouse > MSL anyday.

  • perhaps he didnt prepare, but it's still Jaedong, ZvZ and a Bo5... lack of preparation alone doesnt cut it, especially when he faced Effort, Hyuk and Orion in Proleague(all Zergs) and at least the matches against Effort should have been expected... not to mention that in the OSL finals he was bound to get a Zerg(either Type-B or Yellow[arnc]) and that his ZvZ is his *strongest* matchup in the first place...

  • yeah hyuk owned him a wile ago.

  • lol'd at bisu towards the end ^_^

  • Anyone know that piano piece? How classy, San Diego!

  • yay 3rd comment

  • aww

    you got owned!

  • moletrap Oversky crush!
