The real meaning of Okami is to teach us that nobody is born with supernatural strength or intelligence. We have to start with zero. We have to strive for that we want most. Nothing comes in a combo. All are one by one.
It's amazing what music can do to you. While the original sounds happy, this version sounds absolutely beautiful, hopeful, and even somewhat sad. It makes me want to cry but also be happy at the same time. I actually haven't beat Okami yet. I've only had it for two months or so. But all the while, even if I've only reached Taka Pass, I'm having a completely wonderful experience. This game is a masterpiece, a amazing piece of art. I'm sure even more so as I play on. Thank you for Okami, Clover.
I do not love the game itself just because it has a wolf in it, that's not even close to the important part of the game, it's the calm state of mind you feel whilst playing it, the music, atmosphere, and even the smallest pixel of the game had a warm feeling to it. Even without a wolf included, heck, even if it was a squirrel, it would still be the most amazing game toe exist. Okami forever.~
i swear, no game on the face of the planet has ever managed to touch me like okami has. it showed me that in the end, everything boils down to faith, and not necessarily the religious kind either. faith in others, faith in one's own capabilities, and most importantly, faith that everything will be ok.

@TheSayaka1 The sequel was confirmed awhile ago and is coming out for the DS. It has recently been trademarked in the US. And no It's not M rated either.

I don't know if I want a sequel of this game. I love it, but maybe it will be not that good. But maybe it will be very good. Who knows. A sequel is coming to DS in 2010 called Okamiden, if you didn't know. I don't think it could possibly top Okami, especially since it's on a handheld, but I'm very excited for more Okami nonetheless. The sequel is being released in Japan in 2010. We can only hope it comes to America. :/ The full name of it is "Okamiden: Chisaki Taiyou" and will be for the Nintendo DS, maybe only DSi, though, I'm not sure.
