it's not a clarinet. I know it's not an American or European instrument though. my best guess is some type of foreign (sounds very Asian to me) flute or double reed instrument. it could be an Armenian Duduk, but there are MANY Middle Eastern and Asian double reed instruments that sound very similar to a Duduk
