I like Jason Derulo, i think this is one of the best songs i have ever heard, and he can sing, coz the recording is his real voice. But in this live clip he is lip syncing. Some may disagree - but please explain how it is possible for him to hold the mic away from him, do the splitz, and then throw the mic through the air, all while his voice is still loud and clear. its not possible. Watch from the 3 minute mark carefully.

Its called a backing track mate.  It was there throughout the whole song. Artists dont replicate their songs exactly when they play live, they improvise. If you only noticed it at the 3 minute mark, you have some issues.
