This is why NASA should have used a space shuttle to launch there own satelitte like they used 2. The shuttle has only had 2 failures.

they do not have time. The shuttle is to be retired in 2010. The remaining missions must be used only to the ISS

No, one mission is a service one for the HST.
Anyway, shutlle missions costs too much compared to this thin launcher, and more, I think theyr fault rate is not good. Only two major malfunctions, but over not a great amount of missions compared to commonly used launchers.
