  • Not good bodyconnection en bodymoves must learn a lot from Martial Arts oeshh Herwin

  • he has no striking skills at all,

  • Train like your life depends on it, then you'll be like that when it comes down to a real situation. Trust me, I know from experience :P

I need to find a krav maga class or something i've been looking at some vids of roy and it looks awesome, wish i live in the USA/LA :P

  • Jesus I must be training with the crazied Krav Maga instructor on the planet, whilst this looks tough and it is, we go much harder in our class and we are P1, well on our way to P1 hopefully. Anyways Krav Maga for life

  • good training for reality -when they start to get tired they must continue on with defenses-ari-(oldsgtmaj)

  • You dont need alot of force against your balls to give you pain.

  • That's how training should be .It should be as realistic as possible.

  • at 0:21 when he kicks he switchis leg stance wich takes more time rather then just kicking with the front leg saving the time and continuing with more stikes untill the attacker falls.. thats what i think or is there a reason i didnt see? but for 4 months thats pritty good

  • @amazia They might have been practicing rear leg round kicks that day and it was just a reaction. When you train like that you don't really think about what you're doing; it becomes instinct. There is still much room for improvement, but that is very good for four months if that is how long he has been training.

  • It might seem easy but it's really exhausting ><

  • i like krav maga, but his low kicks suck. too slow and doesnt seem powerful. just saying

  • @josh1212121 yeah they suck, but hey man he is a beginner...

  • @josh1212121 You can tell by his round kicks that he is a beginner. He is still learning. Being tired tends to lower technique as well.

  • geez, but how good is he against anybody that fights back?

  • @uniqueu well someone on the street doesn't suspect that the one he is attacking does krav maga and then it goes really fast

  • OMG so many armchair toughguys on here. You all make me laugh.

  • Plus, he keep his elbows out with every strike, totally amateur, might as well tech kids how do defend against the MacCheese robber. Another American failure.

  • His low kicks are totally useless, nothing more than for show, no use of the hip, would have gonna fucked up in 15sec with a good Kyokushin fighter, useless.

  • @gladiatorsgi Show what you know since the point is to strike the shin bone which breaks easily and is excrutiatingly painful, or the knee cap which again is easy to dislocate.

  • @gladiatorsgi as you could read in the video's description that guy has been doing KM for 4 mounths... a good Kyokushin fighter would have surely practized Kyokushin Karatè for years, so what does this matter?

KM aims to teach you to protect yourself in less amount of time possible, while real martial arts teach you to fight vs real fighters and teach you special abilities

real martial arts and self defense are two differt things, which doesn't mean one is better then the other one

  • What the suck?

  • wow - that shit is deadly...

  • @graciehunter100 Deadly? WTF have you been watching the sesame street?

  • awesome

  • So hard !

  • Intense training! And it's multiple attackers, that something I'd like to work on

  • this is total badassery by Roy

  • I see how good you train your student...

    : )
