Dx yet great story telling & good morals,related a lot to the anime,Can't believe it took me nearly a year to figure out the symbolism of the Girl & the Robot to the actual story but makes sense as a metaphor,This Anime is still on my top 10 best animes :3

Omg all through both series i have been laughing/crying my ass off xD I have watched this and like 100 times and i just love it <3 Everytime i watch it i still cry :'( Such a touching anime It is almost impossible for someone not to cry xDD
It's weird at first I thought clannad would be a show about something stupid with no purpose what so ever, but after actually watching the show I found out it was way different. Clannad was literally a rollercoaster of emotions. I found myself crying or about to cry several times during the show and laughing at others. It's weird because I never cry...
After watching this for a few times, I've have finally figured out the moral of the WHOLE STORY. Tamoya was all caught up in that if he never met Nagisa that stuff would've never happen. In the end he realized that Nagisa was the happiest when she was with him and he was happiest with her, no matter what. THE MORAL, don't ever regret the decisions you make in life, live it with joy and be happy with the people you love.
It hits me hard @ 13:06 when Ushio is able to look up and see both parents there for her

Thus saith Clannad if you capture an orb of light/happiness you will be granted a single wish.
In episode 19 minute 21 seconds 35-48 Ushio witnesses an orb being drawn into Tomoya.
Tomoya later used his wish upon the death of Ushio which was granted due to the captured orb also he helped many others hereby being surrounded by happiness/orbs.
this is the first time i have watched this but i know for sure that it was not a dream. tomoya just got his wish.. if you remembered the folklore about the light orb you'll get the story.

It was sad how Nagisa passed away and I cried abunch the next few episodes everytime he was reminded of her but I would have liked it better if Tomoya had bonded with ushio like he did originally and her end up getting better from like a wish he made on an orb or something then they could live happily together! And maybe he could have fallen in love again! I liked Nagisa don't get me wrong but i thought it was screwed up how thy just rewound everything...

Oce upon a day; i've wished to become as emotionfull as someone i knew, and now i'm even worse as her in it :XD {I really feel the deepest sadness, and biggest happiness from this anime... {It's just impossible to describe the sadness i felt, over and over again... For me, the most real and satisifing ending would have been Ushio to be healed by her father/mother; and for Tomoya and Ushio to carry forward - maybe get involved with kyou~

@MissMissy5150 The girl was Ushio, the "other world" was Ushio- when Nagisa and Tomo met, she built the Tomo-bot, when Nagisa was pregnant the girl was slowly nearing her death, finally when Ushio died, so did that girl. And all the happiness that had accumulated in Ushio'd world was able to make a wish- and that wish was for Nagisa to live.
Tomo and Ushi were in that world so they were able to have a second chance.

games with multiple endings keep you on them for a while. The only alternate endings game I have besides Final Fantasy X-2 is Inuyasha--There's like 8 different endings on it.
I don't know if you noticed the episode they seen the firefly a light went inside Tamoya and I am guessing that's what made his consciousness reach the other timeline.
Or it could have been that that town has some orbs that grant wishes and Tamoya happened to get one without realizing and he finally wished none if this happened.

Basically the whole thing where the girl and the robot from season 1 was pretty much a fate Okazaki had to face (Girl: Ushio, Robot: Tomoya) and they're in that dead world. And throughout the series there are sayings about a light which can grant wishes. Basically Tomoya obtained that light after he thanked his father and forgave him. Now after he lost Ushio that light grants the wish for him to somewhat reset back to where he meets Nagisa.
@whyme3223 That's the really easy way to describe it, yes. And in the "True Ending" continuum, only Tomoya recalls what would have happened if Nagisa died. No one else remembers a thing.

when nagisa died i thought about quiteing the anime but im really glad i watched it through or i would have found it sad. really loved this anime and im glad it all turned out well in the end.
I guess this really was the last episode... It was a great series, I never seen Anything like it, matter a fact it's the best anime ever created. It was funny, sad (mostly sad) and air had drama to :) . Just I don't think theres any anime as good, and I had a great time watching it!

You know those orbs of light Tomoya collected those are orbs that he got ever time he helped someone and when he was calling out for someone to help him after Ushio died the girl in the other wold basically the place were wishes come true Ushio granted his wish and he was taken back in time to were Nagisa is having her baby and this time she doesn't die and to him it feels like a dream but it wasn't they did die but he is the only one that remembers no one else does also at the end
@willycat1997 when they look outside they think it is snowing but it wasn't those were the orbs that Tomoya got from when he helped all those people over the years. if you want a better summary watch episode 24 it sums up about all that happens

@MissMissy5150 The girl was Ushio, the "other world" was Ushio- when Nagisa and Tomo met, she built the Tomo-bot, when Nagisa was pregnant the girl was slowly nearing her death, finally when Ushio died, so did that girl. And all the happiness that had accumulated in Ushio'd world was able to make a wish- and that wish was for Nagisa to live.
Tomo and Ushi were in that world so they were able to have a second chance.

@DarknessXxArtist lol that sounds like my ds game called 9 door 9 persons 9 hours. where u get 6 ending one was the true ending. long ass game but great story line everyone is connected in that game. its the nonary game that connected them together in some way or another. i cant believe the creaters were that smart to put the nonary game like that musta took alot of planning out. u go through rooms to find a way out. i personally loved the story. u should play it sometime

games with multiple endings keep you on them for a while. The only alternate endings game I have besides Final Fantasy X-2 is Inuyasha--There's like 8 different endings on it.

I don't know if you noticed the episode they seen the firefly a light went inside Tamoya and I am guessing that's what made his consciousness reach the other timeline.
Or it could have been that that town has some orbs that grant wishes and Tamoya happened to get one without realizing and he finally wished none if this happened.

Basically the whole thing where the girl and the robot from season 1 was pretty much a fate Okazaki had to face (Girl: Ushio, Robot: Tomoya) and they're in that dead world. And throughout the series there are sayings about a light which can grant wishes. Basically Tomoya obtained that light after he thanked his father and forgave him. Now after he lost Ushio that light grants the wish for him to somewhat reset back to where he meets Nagisa.

@whyme3223 That's the really easy way to describe it, yes. And in the "True Ending" continuum, only Tomoya recalls what would have happened if Nagisa died. No one else remembers a thing.

And the the girl lying in the snow was another Ushio from another world and the robot was Tomoya
And for those who don't get how he wished for that its simple
the town legend about the lights that grant wishes if you can catch one you can get a wish
well he caught one but just didn't know

I guess this really was the last episode... It was a great series, I never seen Anything like it, matter a fact it's the best anime ever created. It was funny, sad (mostly sad) and air had drama to :) . Just I don't think theres any anime as good, and I had a great time watching it!

You know those orbs of light Tomoya collected those are orbs that he got ever time he helped someone and when he was calling out for someone to help him after Ushio died the girl in the other wold basically the place were wishes come true Ushio granted his wish and he was taken back in time to were Nagisa is having her baby and this time she doesn't die and to him it feels like a dream but it wasn't they did die but he is the only one that remembers no one else does also at the end

@willycat1997 when they look outside they think it is snowing but it wasn't those were the orbs that Tomoya got from when he helped all those people over the years. if you want a better summary watch episode 24 it sums up about all that happens
