I don't thing that the Catholic Church is the enemy of science. I just think SOME churches are the enemies of science. The Catholic church, in fact, has been one of the biggest promoters of science and thinking. The Catechism of the Catholic church says that a believer ought to first find reason for their belief. No where in this article does it mention blind faith, or even faith. This is something that I respect about the Catholic church.
