IT's actually a nail art brush .. if youhave trouble using a reg liner brush this one is very fine and easy to control you can find it anywhere you find nail polish .

UDPP is only a primer for your eyeshadow so it will not crease~ and I didnt add the black eyeliner to this look because I wanted a lighter effect with the shadow.. so since I was using green I used a green base which was the ELF cream DUO .. ; )
