looks like potassium permanganate (used to stop bleeding "clotting agent")
mixed with Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2, a sterilizing chemical used in medical treatment when alcohol is to harsh)

The reaction requires concentrated hydrogene peroxyde (H2O2 @ 30 % v/v) containing dish soap (that will trapt the oxygene produced from the decomposition reaction) and potassium iodine.
