Her whistle seems to sound a bit higher than it sounded in the mid to late 80s or maybe that's just me, still sounds amazing.

According to the engineer, the train topped 51 mph on that trip! The Amtrak diesels were on just for power for the passenger cars. 765 pulled the train on her own. Longest train shes pulled since her rebuild! I was on the train that day, and the exhaust sounded like popping.
