I will clarify the real cause of the riots. I will say that Microtransactions, the CEO's email, and the Greed is Good Newsletter are the straws that broke the camel's back. For the past few years, CCP has gotten lazier and lazier, adding less and less content and ignoring gameplay balance issues and bugs. They spent a lot of time on Incarna and it was a real piece of shit. They promised to fix and improve the game in 18 months. We gave them 18 months, and we got the shit called Incarna.

@Crisis7 The newsletter and the leaked email showed the players that CCP had no intention of honoring their 18 month promise. They will continue to ignore the problems with the game and venture toward money grubbing ventures. The dam that held up the unhappiness and frustration of players broke. We tried talking with CCP several times, over and over. They never listened to us. With talk and diplomacy no longer viable, protest and subscription canceling was now the only way.

@Crisis7 The protest and subscription loss campaign was a success, The amount of subscription loss and bad press hit CCP hard enough that they had to cancel one of their game projects and layoff several employees. CCP has finally listened to the players and are returning to the original way of EVE.

The monocle is not worth 60$ because the plex is to most not worth 60$, if it would be worth that much, everyone would just ignore plex and pay for their game time. Actually players do make enough ISKs to buy those plex and pay for their accounts with this, use it for spy accounts, trade it, etc

Giving us monocles for 2 billion isk just means you have to farm a few days for them. The only effect is that it raise demand for plex.

People are mad cuz of the coast of the dumb monicual yes , but more so we are mad cuz A)patch made HUGE lage isues with most CPU's B) AUR was only anonced to us on the test server a few days before lanch(along with some other gamplay changes that wher not on test server) C)many of the patch gameplay changes.. change to scaning, broken warp in points, high sec glitches , statin loading time ,

Another video already.... I played eve since beta but quit 1/2 years ago as could not take ccp crap nor could afford to spend so much of my life on it but still recognise it as greatest game ever created, despite problems. This is my fix though so more vids please :)

And actually its not like everyone would pay 80$, they pay 4 plex for it and keep even some exchange money. Those plex used for moncles and stuff will be mostly bought from isk not dollars. They raise demand for those plex, raise plex prices and will make sure some peeps can still buy their supers with plex.

my pc has a nvidea 210 i take 6-9 seconds to load on med graphics, my little brothers pc has a New out of the box Nvidea 540 TI takes him 5 seconds on high, however his stibility is in question, and his graphics are "hazy" compaired to my PC.

the main difference we have:

Me: processer P4 HT 3.4ghz, 2gb ram

brother: Processer quad core 2.6 ghz 4gb ram

i'm able to multi-box 2 accounts in station at the same time ONLY in window mode at the lowest screen res of like 1050x720.

I don’t have a prob loading it takes 5 sec tops most of the time is more like 3. I hope they don't ruin the game economy with this new stuff though.

Hey. I have the same issue with CQ. It takes ages to load. But it's worst than you. Once it's loaded, the fps decreases to 8 whereas it is at 30 when i'm in space!!! So guess what, i've disabled CQ which leaves me with a non-ergonomic interface (unable to see what is my active ship, to access cargos easily, etc). I won't protest because CCP can do what they want with their game. But if the option is removed at the next expansion, i will just cancel my account... Wich would be sad...

incase people are having trouble understanding, ccp has suggested in a leaked memo that they will offer a way for players to buy all kinds of things (ships, ammo, skill points, sovereignty, etc etc) using real life currency.

this is an unfair and disastrous idea for them to go with, it will harm eves huge economy (one of the things the game is dependent on) as well as its a backstab to the playerbase (theyve told us they wouldnt even consider something like this).

so its time for protest!

Incarna(mainly the CQ) bumped up the graphics pressure on my computer from being totally fine and playable without lag to getting stuck on loading the Quarters with massive graphics-problems.

First time I undocked the eve client crashed. Then I logged back in and it took FOREVER to warp away from the station. I couldn't even get any 3d models to load until I warped away, it was just icons. Even the station was not loading.

Null sec i know u don't live thare anymore so ill say it hear. They tried to "fix" null sec combat by nurfing our jumpbriges but what they did is well insane . 1 JB per system so we can't build alliance/colition jump routes any more and along this ships with jumpdrives can't use the JB's this is a major problem cuz we need to cyno jam systems to keep space defendable but with no large ships being abel to jump into safe systems with cyno or JB combat logistics and market is mesed

Ok we'r all pissed about the new BS with the CCP controled money market it's bullshit. The real problem is that CCP had some info leak that they wher  planing to REALY fuck us players with indroducing advanced combat gear that is only purcasable with AUR or whatever it is. things like advanced implants and skillbooks and even bring back pirate faction towers but again only sell them with AUR that's the reason so many pissed people also this patch FUCKED over us null sec guys

The Biggest issue that's being protested is the idea of pay2win non-vanity weapons, ammo, and ship mods that CCP is clearly planning to put into the Noble Market.

I was idling in Jita's ship hangar station place. Went to take a shower, then came back to see local was nothing but spam. I undocked and it was incredibly laggy. I had to warp out of the system before anything would even work properly. Managed to get to Muvolailen before shit really hit the fan. I was watching a live stream, they really hate that statue.
