This was a light hearted moment and nobody was in danger. Officers are trained using tasers in combat situations, not like this.

@Cmanisthecoolest I would i agree that's probably the only time i think they should be used, when the cannot physically or verbally control the situation at all... as in the "suspect" is LITERALLY uncontrollable. but certain avenues shud b explored first!. They should not have to resort to violence as they are qualified and trained to stop criminals doing the same bloody thing!. lol. Tasers can be beneficial, but i think its turned into a fun little toys for them. its pathetic

@wannaknowit It doesn't do any harm. All law enforcement officers are trained where and how long to shoot the taser. The reporter and photographer were volunteers in this. When officers use the taser it is in no way a funny matter and they dont regard it as fun either.

@greenhorns99 I can assure you that they do not take it lightly when they have to use a taser. My father has tased people charging him with weapons before and it is in no way funny. This was a light hearted moment and nobody was in danger. Officers are trained using tasers in combat situations, not like this.
