@idknuttin Yes, you can definitely connect to your home WiFi router, and that will not count as data on your T-Mobile plan. Using WiFi will avoid all T-Mobile fees.

I got the phone today and I was wondering if I can upload photoes or videos to facebook directly because I dont see that option....

@animelova11 There should be an app on the phone (look in the app tray) for Facebook. You may have to download the app from the Android Market. Once you find the app, run it. Then when you take pictures/videos, it will give you the option of sharing them directly on Facebook.

@PokeFan18 The LG G2x is a T-Mobile phone, so it works perfectly with T-Mobile SIMs. It will probably work internationally, although possibly only at 2G speeds in some countries. Ask T-Mobile if you need the exact information.

I'm having a problem deciding between this phone and the Thunderbolt. I get 4g where I live with both but what do you recommend for someone that isn't on any carrier at the moment

@djzeledon22 In terms of raw power, the T-Mobile G2x is more powerful than the HTC ThunderBolt. The ThunderBolt has a bigger display (4.3 vs. 4 inches) and has a kickstand, both of which are desirable. Verizon has better coverage in rural area ('tho not perfect). The G2x is thinner and lighter.

Both are nice phones... good luck!

@iModpsp No, it does not come with a screen protector, per se. What you saw in this video was the shipping protection that protects the screen during transit. That won't stay on the screen very well once you start using the phone.

@jrox7912 No, the T-Mobile G2x does not come with headphones or the HDMI cable, unfortunately. Headphones are cheap and you can get them anywhere. FWIW, Wirefly sells an HDMI cable for $19.99... that's a lot better than you'll find at Best Buy.

@Nebu787 Geez... it was only 10 days (including two weekends) and I responded to YouTube comments most days. The funny thing is that I worked my butt off during this "vacation".... I was at a convention working as a reporter/photographer, and I wrote five articles and took about 100 pictures. None was of a cell phone, however.

@EmmaPerezable Absolutely you should order it from Wirefly. You'll get a brand new phone in the same factory package at a lot lower cost than you'd get from T-Mobile. T-Mobile and the other carriers have to pay $ billions for their stores and employees, and Wirefly has much lower overhead. We pass the savings on to you by keeping phone prices low.

@thisissooolegit Interesting question! First: practice, practice, practice. Before I ever made a video review of a phone, I wrote several hundred reviews on web sites like Epinions and Viewpoints. Many of these were on electroinc and computer items. Writing 100 or more reviews will help you think critically about products.

Then make some of your own video reviews of products and post them to YouTube. The more you do, the better you get. Good luck!
