this video was probably the best music video I've seen in a really really really LONG time.. this guy has talent for sure. It was indeed a sad video but it was very heartfelt and is certainly something I can relate to on some level as having fallen in love with someone and then losing that person.

It's not about being emo. It's about how the culture is... also, this is a music video for god sakes! This can't be the only thing you watch before you make a sweeping generalization of a group.
The MV story (i think), is that the girl and her sister sees a man while going to school and the girl falls in love with him. turns out he's their new teacher and so she starts trying to give small gifts to show her affection but her sister beats her to it. The teacher lives near them so her sister (with the extrovert personality) starts to go out with the teacher. But the girl still tries to win him by giving him a flower but he mistakens it for the sister.
So out of jealousy, the girl rigs her sister's bike but ends up giving her sister more attention. And I think the reason why her sister was angry was because he didn't attend something. Since she came out with flowers, it maybe was an award ceremony. So they break up and the girl grab her chance while he's drunk not knowing he saw the sister in her. The next morning the sister leaves and the man chases after her. The girl finally realizes that he only loves her sister and leave home.
The man goes back out and find that the girl is gone and goes into her room and finds that SHE was really in love with him and that last night it was her who took care of him. But by the time he found out, she has already jumped into the river.
Oh I get the video now, all I had to do to get the whole thing was to watch it twice. its quite simple, the younger sister wanted to be with the older sisster's guy, so basically she would try everything to be with him, from descuising herself as her older sister to acting like her. But nothing succeeded, because man still loved the older sister. And for that the younger sister could not take it, so she commited scuicide.

The story's not that hard to understand because this video is just like the emo vids i've watched before.
But for me, to commit suicide over a guy/girl is the dumbest idea one could have in mind because by killing yourself makes you live forever in pain.
