this is sweet I used a wright stander in Alaska and we used to so stuff like this. my buddy from anchorage sent me this link and I laughed so hard cause we did the same thing. good job on the video

It depends because if you have a 52" Or 61" it's harder because their heavier, but if you have a 32" or 36" it easy. Just hold on tight and push the bars fast and let all your body weight handle tha pressure
