I'm not sure I'll ever stop liking Tokio Hotel. I love their music and it's just something that is a huge part of me. I was super in love with NSync back in the day...and I still love them and fangirl out whenever I hear them on the radio. :P Music is music and I won't ever stop liking these boys. ^_^

Tokio Hotel fans range from ages 6 to 52 believe it or not. I never said Tokio Hotel didn't make pop. On their new album, they have pop and rock mixed together. They're not really one specific genre, which is why they're classified as alternative.
The point of this video is to point out that we as fans are strong against the haters that like to throw objects at us or bash us personally for liking the band. That's all.

And really? lol Nobody older than 16? There are PLENTY of us. Trust me. I think it's just in Europe that the older fans are rare. Here in the western hemisphere though, there are lots of adult fans. I don't many TH fangirls who are younger than 17 lol

Fans get too excited over the boys and tend to literally crush each other up against the barriers just to touch/see/get an autograph from the boys, so sometimes security has to pull girls out who are getting too hurt. Some even faint during concerts or other things from the pressure and heat on their bodies.

Oh okay lol I totally understand! Yeah... metal isn't my thing. I spent my entire childhood having that stuff blasted in my ears by my brothers, so they totally ruined it for me, with the exception of a few songs =P I generally like anything and everything lol. And to be honest, I like TH's older stuff, too... with their new Humanoid album, it just :S isn't the same... I'm not as obsessed with this album as I was with Schrei or Zimmer lol And I already find some songs annoying.

Yes, exactly! Some fans do end up taking those comments a bit too seriously ;x I used to be one of them. But now I've learned that's not the way to go. So every time I see harsh words from a fan to a hater, I try to tell them to cool it down because there's no need for that. They're just angering the haters even more, and we, as fans by insulting them back makes us about as bad as they are. We should not be fazed by the things that they do to us. We need to stay strong.

Tokio Hotel fans range from ages 6 to 52 believe it or not. I never said Tokio Hotel didn't make pop. On their new album, they have pop and rock mixed together. They're not really one specific genre, which is why they're classified as alternative.
The point of this video is to point out that we as fans are strong against the haters that like to throw objects at us or bash us personally for liking the band. That's all.
And I know Bill looks feminine. But that's not his fault.

This was before the 2007 Comet Awards. Fans get too excited over the boys and tend to literally crush each other up against the barriers just to touch/see/get an autograph from the boys, so sometimes security has to pull girls out who are getting too hurt. Some even faint during concerts or other things from the pressure and heat on their bodies.

i just have to say that th fans seem to be incredibly antagonistic, and from what i have experienced, pretty abusive. which actually puts me off the band

yeah i mean, right at this moment in time i'm a little put off from the fans, but as well as that it's a bit like.. th aren't like my normal musical taste at all, so i'm not into them atm. so, i don't dislike them just because the fans put me off, i'm a bit :S on the music right now.
i preferred their older stuff. plus, i've proper reverted back to my old rock/ metalhead ways, and th aren't the same compared to like, slipknot xD

Oh okay lol I totally understand! Yeah... metal isn't my thing. I spent my entire childhood having that stuff blasted in my ears by my brothers, so they totally ruined it for me, with the exception of a few songs =P I generally like anything and everything lol. And to be honest, I like TH's older stuff, too... with their new Humanoid album, it just :S isn't the same... I'm not as obsessed with this album as I was with Schrei or Zimmer lol And I already find some songs annoying.

Yes, exactly! Some fans do end up taking those comments a bit too seriously ;x I used to be one of them. But now I've learned that's not the way to go. So every time I see harsh words from a fan to a hater, I try to tell them to cool it down because there's no need for that. They're just angering the haters even more, and we, as fans by insulting them back makes us about as bad as they are. We should not be fazed by the things that they do to us. We need to stay strong.

LOL Well... some are... very... passionate? SOME haters actually do cause violence towards fans, though I haven't seen many. I think that all of this violence and hating toward each other just needs to stop. Period. It's pointless, really.
