@ddressismine Just for better enjoyment purposes, this HD version of the song can sync perfectly with the video if you play this video just before the first flash of light on the sign and when the HD song is at 1:00 exactly. I did it, and thoroughly enjoyed an amazingly put together AMV to one of the greatest songs by TFK! XD Hope this helps in some way!
